We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Services Executive to join our team in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
The Role:
To support IPN in servicing customer orders through processing sales orders, communicating with our customers and liaising with our Operations and Distribution teams to ensure orders are despatched in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurate and timely processing of orders as they are received following business policies and processes.
2. Liaising with customers to ensure we have required information to ensure orders are processed accurately.
3. Assisting Export Coordinator where needed.
4. Managing customer queries and order issues through our customer feedback system.
5. Communicating customer and business issues that arise through the order process in a timely and clear manner.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
1. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, transactional process team.
2. Previous customer services or customer focus experience.
3. Good knowledge of sales order process or a transactional process carried out on a recognised piece of financial / ERP software is desirable.
4. Excel literate with willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
5. Excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders on email and over phone.
The Offer:
1. Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire.
2. Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (hybrid working 4 days in office 1 day remote) between hours of 8:30 - 17:00.
3. Pension: Employee contributions 3% / Employer contribution 8%.
