We are proud of our world-famous thriving city with its rich culture, as well as affordable housing, good schools, beautiful green spaces – there’s really something for everyone The Role: We’re looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join Liverpool City Council in transforming homelessness services and improving lives across the city As a Performance and Quality Manager, you will play a vital role in driving excellence within the homelessness service, ensuring a high-performing, data-driven, and accountable approach to service delivery Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will foster a collaborative and results-focused culture, developing performance frameworks and robust reporting mechanisms to monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement You will oversee audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks, ensuring statutory reports are completed accurately and on time while providing strategic insights to senior leadership. Managing contracts and commissioned services, you will ensure value for money, supplier accountability, and alignment with strategic priorities Additionally, you will oversee the development of IT systems to support Housing Solutions activities and contribute to policy development that addresses local housing challenges.
