Retail SupervisorLocation: Trafford Centre, Manchester, M17 8AA.Salary: £18,500- £20,000paContract: Full time, permanent.We are looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to assist in the daily operations of our new Flagship Trafford Centre Store store. You will be Supporting the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to ensure smooth running of operations to maximise sales and minimise costs, as well as having a key understanding of both our product, customer and The Couture Clubs growth.The ideal candidate will have experience in a Supervisor/Key Holder Role and knowledge of diverse business subjects such as sales customer service and merchandising. An effective Store Supervisor will also be able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity.
