Work closely with senior managers to identify and meet wider strategic needs, whilst demonstrating a balance between employee compassion and commercial decision making. Be flexible in dealing with multiple HR Administration tasks. Ensure the consistent ability to communicate in a professional but friendly manner. Be the main support on cases e.g. conduct, grievance and performance. Utilise and escalate to remote external HR consultants for professional opinion and risk support. Co-ordinate the recruitment process, com plete document checks including the DBS application process. Post job advertisements, Schedule interviews and necessary interview packs and carrying out reference checks for successful candidates. Ensure all new starter documentation is complete, ensure each file contains signed copy of the contract, evidence of right to work, personal details required etc. Assist in setting up and maintaining both hardcopy files and digitals; ensure confidential and secure at all times. Assisting with inductions for new staff as and when required, working with the Health and Safety Officer also to complete relevant paperwork. General upkeep of filing, photocopying and other administrative duties. Essential 4 GCSEs including English Language Good understanding of GPDR and UK Employment law Good knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Ability to prioritise workload Good organisation / electronic filing Desirable CIPD qualified Experience of TUPE transfers Strong people management skills Excellent interpersonal build strong relationships and influence at all levels Experience of leading and delivering culture change The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
