We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing legal professionals, from associates through to partners within international law firms.

Your Role:
* Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in legal roles within international law firms.
* Develop and expand your market securing new projects and building client relationships.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
* Build and maintain a strong network of candidates, leveraging various channels such as social media and referrals.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and market insights, sharing knowledge with the team and clients.
What you will need
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the legal recruitment sector in a 360-recruitment role, with a proven track record of successful placements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
* Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to recruitment and business development
* Experience recruiting in the Middle East is highly preferrable
