Key Job Responsibilities
1. Onboard 3P partners and support partner requests
2. Provide support of incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features, and services
3. Work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in Ruby, Rails, Java, Python, or shell scripts, AWS, web technologies projects
4. Software deployment support in staging and production environments
5. Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance
6. System and Support status reporting
7. Customer notification and workflow coordination and follow-up to maintain service level agreements
8. Work with the support team for handing-off or taking over active support issues and creating a team-specific knowledge base and skill set
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
2. 3+ years of software development or technical support experience
3. Experience scripting in modern programming languages
4. Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
5. Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls
2. Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications
3. Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system
