This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a deep commitment to ensuring compliance, fostering staff development, and driving positive client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Create and implement innovative business strategies to align clinic operations with overarching organizational goals. Organize and oversee clinical supervisors and EBT leads, ensuring all clinical staff receive clinical supervision in accordance with company policies and procedures. Oversee all aspects of the internship programs – focusing on recruiting interns, ensuring their clinical internships meet Valley Cities and referring school’s requirements, and that interns are providing quality clinical services to Valley Cities patients. Collaborate with the compliance department to ensure clinical supervisors and teams complete the monthly treatment plan and chart audits. Organize annual outpatient clinical training and individual team training as necessary to ensure quality clinical services are being provided by staff and interns. Coordinate clinical onboarding training. Provide supervision and oversight to intake team, with a focus on providing quality clinical services while meeting KPI for intake completed per month. Minimum Qualifications: Fully licensed in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC, LMSW, LMFT) WAC approved Clinical Supervisor required. Experience managing, supervising, or leading within a mental health team. Experience in designing and implementing new programming. Strong written communication skills, with grant writing experience being a plus. In-depth understanding of regulations and laws impacting Valley Cities Behavioral Healthcare, ensuring full compliance at all levels. Proficiency in resolving conflicts constructively, promoting harmony and productivity within the organization. Ability to develop supportive and team building clinic environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience: Ability to leverage information technologies and business applications to drive operational excellence.
