Job summary Meon Health Practice - Salaried GP Due to retirement Meon Health Practice is looking for a Salaried GP to join our Practice across 3 sites. We are a long established, fully merged practice with around 37,000 patients. We have a diverse primary care team of social prescribers, pharmacists, physiotherapists, nurses and healthcare assistants, advanced nurse practitioners, physician associates, care coordinators, salaried GPs, retainer GPs and GP partners. Main duties of the job About Us We deliver care across three purpose-built surgeries. We have an Urgent Care team who deal with our patients same day health concerns We have a Complex Care team who manage the needs of our housebound patients (including home visits), those in residential or nursing care, or those with increasing frailty We are a well-established training practice with six GP registrars, whilst we also host other students including paramedics and nurse associates. We have a focused Quality Improvement Team who drive forward innovation and develop our processes Communication and teamwork is vital for us, and you will be part of a practice team who support each other with information and advice.
