The School and Role
This small provision caters to children with SEMH and SEND, based in Bradford, looking to appoint a passionate Behaviour Support Worker to work on a Full-Time basis. The desired Behaviour Support Worker will work in a small group with pupils with SEMH and SEND needs alongside other staff members to promote good attendance and educational values. This role is long term and potentially permanent. Suitable candidates will have the opportunity to enroll in our Team Teach training course.
Requirements
The desired Behaviour Support Worker will have:
1. Experience of working with children with SEMH and behavioural needs
2. Experience of working 1:1 with pupils or small groups
3. A passion for the progress of children with SEMH and previous experience with dysregulation techniques
4. An ability to work well as part of a team and have professional values
