CMA is delighted to be working with a well-established business in Newbury, Berkshire who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their existing team.
With a company turnover of GBP1.7 billion across the group, they are looking for a bright individual with credit control expertise, or a bright individual who is hungry to start their career within credit management, gaining mentorship along the way.
What will the Credit Controller role involve?
1. Ensure customers (B2B, not consumer) settle outstanding accounts to agreed terms via phone and email.
2. Accurate allocation of customer receipts.
3. Liaise with sales and customer services to resolve non-payment issues.
4. Identify areas of risk and payment performance trends.
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:
1. Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Good attention to detail.
4. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
5. Good IT and MS Office skills.
6. Office experience preferable but not essential.
