A Vacancy at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
Provide administration support to the Director of Undergraduate Medical Education (Clinical Academic Lead) and Undergraduate team with the Trust wide co-ordination, effective and efficient delivery of education to Undergraduate Medical Education services for Newcastle University Medical Students.
· Work with the LEP Academic Lead to support the planning, organisation and practical delivery of high-quality medical education and reliable assessment (including formal examinations).
· Experience of administering multiple programmes of education in a health care organisation Supervision and management of staff
· Work with medical schools and regional admin leads to adopt new processes and procedures to identify ways in which improvements can be made to deliver high quality medical education
· Working with existing Undergraduate team to ensure coordination of planned activity with existing programmes of Undergraduate Education within the Trust so that all students receive equal experience.
· Attendance to key university meetings which include (but not exhaustive) regional LEP admin group, Quality monitoring meetings and student voice committees
