I am currently working with top-ranked Legal 500 team known for its commitment to client-centred care and excellence in Court of Protection work.
Their COP team has developed a strong reputation advising individuals, families, carers, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals on a broad range of issues related to catastrophic personal injury cases, including those involving serious brain injuries with high-value compensation awards.
The ideal candidate with be 6+ years PQE and you will play a key role in managing clients' financial affairs, acting as the primary point of contact for many of our clients, and building long-term relationships focused on their best interests.
Court of Protection Solicitor responsibilities:
* Supporting with the preparation of Expert Witness Statements.
* Assisting with the preparation of OPG Reports.
* Support & training junior staff.
* Work with Case Managers, clients etc.
* Process relating policies to the correct team.
* Run and manage own case load from start to finish.
* Support senior members when required.
* Complete your own business development and marketing strategies.
What could set you apart?
* Ideally 6+ years PQE.
* Previous experience running your own cases.
* Previous experience in Court of Protection roles.
* Proven fee earner.
* Part of STEP qualified.
