* Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 18:00, 4 on 4 off

Role Overview:
As a Transport Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily transport operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and managing the transport team effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient logistics while maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and coordinate transport operations
✅ Ensure compliance with transport legislation and company policies
✅ Work closely with drivers and logistics teams to ensure efficient routing and scheduling
✅ Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure safety standards are met
✅ Support and develop transport staff to enhance performance and efficiency
✅ Handle any transport-related issues and provide effective solutions
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar transport supervisory role
✔️ Strong leadership and organisational skills
✔️ Excellent knowledge of transport compliance and regulations
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve under pressure
✔️ Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with drivers, managers, and external partners
