The role will involve liaising with different stakeholders within Splitsville and Hollywood Bowl to ensure finance processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. You will be working closely with the Accounts & Cash Manager to drive continuous improvements and efficiencies in policies and processes. The responsibilities of the role includes: Post daily banking and maintain the cashbook Post daily journals for Cash in Transit Post Daily Sales Reports for each Splitsville Centre (currently 13 centres) Reconcile the individual Cash and Card Control Accounts Raise investigations relating to control account variances centres Process team members expenses Support the Accounts Payable team function in Canada and the UK Complete supplier statement reconciliations for Splitsville Undertake the corporate credit card reconciliations Process payment runs to suppliers Other tasks to support the Canadian and UK finance teams, as required.
