The Role:
* Sourcing top-tier candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
* Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients, constantly expanding your talent pool and network.
* Understanding clients and their specific needs.
* Developing an in-depth market knowledge to establish yourself as a strong recruiter within the space.
* Managing and achieving your targets.
* Conducting virtual and in-person client meetings and candidate interviews.

Graduate Executive Search Consultant - Requirements:
* Minimum 2:1 degree from University OR 6 months+ sales experience.
* Passion, integrity, and ambition.
* Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships or part-time jobs.
* Inherent competitive nature.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Strong commercial acumen.
