Role & Responsibilities:
1. This role is ideal for a fire and security engineer looking to get off the tools.
2. 80% of the role is customer support - identifying and solving issues with fire and security equipment.
3. Working with equipment such as CCTV, Door entry, Access Control, Fire Alarms, Smoke Detection.
4. Liaising with Installers to help program and set-up equipment.
5. Conducting training sessions remotely or on-site.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Experience as a fire and security engineer.
2. 5 years experience of security system installation.
3. Good customer service skills.
4. Experience of training others.
