The role includes working in shared care with the mother during the first year and transitioning to sole charge thereafter. A maternity nurse will provide initial support during the first six weeks. The family is French, and grandparents from France will also be visiting for the first three-months. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become an integral part of a loving household. Accommodation: Top-floor double bedroom with en-suite. Private and separate from the parents’ and children’s areas Key Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Early Years and Development (or equivalent). A minimum of five years of experience working with newborns and twins in a home setting. Fluent English (native or equivalent proficiency) Proven ability to work collaboratively in a shared care arrangement. Confident driver comfortable with large vehicles. Willing to travel 2-3 times per year, mainly to the South of France. Open to a long-term position establishing a stable presence in the family’s life. Warm, professional, and adaptable.
