About the Team
The Youth Offer Service sits as part of the Central Hub within the New Adolescent Service in Surrey. The service provides specialist targeted Youth Work support to vulnerable and at-risk children and young people. It is comprised of four quadrant-based teams with a central spine of project-based group work programmes that include both statutory and non-statutory provision. The Youth Offer leads in the engagement and development of young people who are at risk or vulnerable and our work complements the casework models of aligned services through targeted group work, one to one, in-reach and outreach programmes, and may require lone working from time to time.
About the Role
In this role you will:
* Engage, support and build relationships with Surrey's most at risk children and young people
* Support the delivery of the targeted youth work programmes, working towards delivering better outcomes for children and young people at risk

* Provide wider support to senior colleagues within the Youth Offer team
* Initiate and complete tasks that support effective service delivery
* Review our service delivery and make suggestions for improvements
* Communicate in a variety of written and verbal methods
