Sodexo is seeking a Soft Services Manager to oversee catering and cleaning operations at Ireland’s largest greenfield pharmaceutical site in Limerick. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with multi-service management experience or a background in high-end hotel operations to lead a world-class team.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and Inspire : Manage large-scale catering and GXP/GMP cleaning services, ensuring top-notch standards.
* Motivate Your Team : Allocate responsibilities and develop a culture of excellence.
* Collaborate Effectively : Work with sub-contractors and manage multiple service lines.
* Deliver Results : Drive compliance with company initiatives and industry regulations.
* Build Relationships : Serve as the main client contact, ensuring seamless communication.
What You Bring
* Leadership Experience : Proven ability to manage teams and operations in multi-service environments or high-end hotels.
* Industry Knowledge : Experience with GXP/GMP-compliant cleaning services or pharmaceutical environments is highly desirable.
* Hands-On Approach : Adaptable, practical, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* Results-Oriented : A strong track record in compliance and achieving performance goals.
* Communication Skills : Excellent written and spoken English; proficient in Microsoft Office.
