Our work matters, and so do our people. We are committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion by recruiting and strengthening our teams with members from different backgrounds, life experiences, and viewpoints.
About the role of Senior Communications Manager:

2. Lead the external communications strategy, putting audience insight at the center of developing plans for what, when, and how we communicate.
3. Work closely with engagement, media, policy, and operational teams to develop communication strategies, inform communication objectives, craft messages, and continuously improve a suite of products, content, and channels.
4. Collaborate with senior leaders across the GDC and the external sector to understand audiences’ needs and meet them through effective communication content, channels, and campaigns.
About you:
* Ideally, you will have experience in a regulatory environment or public sector and have worked as a senior communications professional within a small team.
* You will play a key role in our new Corporate Strategy beginning in January 2026, with external communication and engagement being redefined as enablers of success. Insight and evaluation will be central to our new external communications and engagement efforts.
