Senior Private Client SolicitorLocation: New Milton or Salisbury (Office-based)Full-time, PermanentWorking Hours: 09:00-17:00 (With a 1-hour lunch break)Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)Kamro has partnered with a prestigious, family-run law firm with offices in Salisbury and New Milton. As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive environment with clear pathways for career progression, including the potential to step into a Head of Department role.Responsibilities :Managing a diverse caseload of high-value private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax Planning, Guardianship, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work.Leading on complex legal matters, ensuring a high standard of output and client service across all areas of Private Client work.Developing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients, contributing to business development initiatives to grow your caseload and the firm's reach.Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and helping to shape the future of the department.Collaborating with colleagues across the Salisbury and New Milton offices to provide exceptional client service and drive departmental growth.Contributing to the department's strategic development, with the opportunity to progress to a Head of Department role for the right candidate, including overseeing a team, setting direction, and playing a key role in future business planning.Requirements:A minimum of 5+ years PQE in Private Client law, demonstrating proven expertise and a successful track record in managing private client matters.STEP qualification is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.A strong billing history and a track record of achieving and surpassing financial targets.Previous experience in supervising or developing teams is beneficial.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.25 days holiday plus bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown).Bonus days leave on your Birthday (or nearest working day).Employee discount on legal services.Sick pay scheme.A supportive and collaborative working environment with genuine opportunities for professional growth.Clear career progression with the potential to step into a Head of Department role.TPBN1_UKTJ
