To lead the implementation of the Clinical Board Quality and Safety Plan and ensure that effective systems that meet the needs of all patients are developed, implemented and maintained. To contribute and support the implementation of the Clinical Boards Financial Management and Reporting plan and the appropriate actions to ensure that all resources and transactions are conducted with probity and in accordance with approved policy. To review, implement and maintain effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. This will include effective multi-disciplinary team working to ensure the Clinical Board and the Health Board achieves their strategic and organisational objectives.
