Bennett and Game have the pleasure of representing a forward-thinking Architectural Practice in Milton Keynes, who are searching for a creative, enthusiastic Part II Architectural Assistant to join their ever-growing team. The reason for their recruitment is due to the shifts within the team, where the Directors are motivated to grow the practice and take it to the next level. Our client has been established for around 10 years and has huge aspirations for future growth in their turnover target.
Our client has high expectations of their new recruits. A successful Part II Architectural Assistant is likely to display eagerness and enthusiasm for the opportunity; interest in the practice and its ethos, including the type of projects they'd be working on; and a willingness to learn and take on information when needed. Day-to-day, as an employee of this practice, you will work on larger scale projects within Residential, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and Student Accommodation. They specialize in all types of multi-unit residential developments, bespoke homes, private apartments, student accommodation, high-end living, built-to-rent developments, and affordable housing.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 1 year's practical experience to join an ambitious, rapidly developing practice around Milton Keynes. They have a strong ethos and are passionate about creating exciting design solutions for their clients across the UK.
Part II Architectural Assistant Job Overview
1. Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute architectural plans
2. Participate in all stages of the design process, from concept development to project completion, covering all RIBA stages
3. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
4. Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Hospitality, and Mixed-use sectors
5. Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
6. Assist senior Architects/Directors
Part II Architectural Assistant Job Requirements
1. Good knowledge of Revit
2. Living in or around the Milton Keynes area
3. Experience with large scale projects such as high-rise buildings (essential)
4. Minimum 1 year UK-based practical experience
5. Strong design, presentational, and report writing skills
6. Ability to work well in a team
7. Good knowledge of building regulations
Part II Architectural Assistant Salary & Benefits
1. £30,000 - £35,000 salary (D.O.E.)
