You will play a key role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they have access to a high-quality, personalised education that promotes their academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities of the SEN Teacher Role: Deliver differentiated and engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN. Implement strategies and interventions to support learning, communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction. Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals to develop and implement EHCPs and support plans. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that promotes resilience and confidence. Requirements for the SEN Teacher Role: Hold QTS/PGCE or an equivalent UK teaching qualification. Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD). Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
