As a Sales Office Manager based in Cardiff you’ll be responsible for:
1. Overseeing and managing a team of 4 people, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews and managing team performance
2. Managing a ledger of accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers and upselling where possible
3. Generating new business through a variety of different channels
4. Managing quotes, overseeing sales figures and ensuring projects are tracked
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday –

5. To be driven by targets and to have strong time and team management skills.
6. To be able to provide exceptional customer service at all times
7. Previous experience managing a team is desirable
8. Experience in a merchant or retail environment is desirable but not essential
