You will deliver a high quality customer-focussed within a performance management framework. You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative and transactional support the Income Services Team. responsible for income collection and arrears recovery, ensuring performance delivery against targets. ensuring that customers with debt are contacted promptly, and repayment arrangements are monitored effectively. liaising with customers, colleagues and other teams proactively and in response to enquiries.
