Overview
We’re looking for a customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our GL1 Car Sales team. The perfect candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills and already have some sales experience, or used to dealing with the general public.
You’ll be responsible for assisting customers in the buying process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
Key responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet customers at the garage, understand their needs to guide them on the different types of cars available.
2. Provide great knowledge on vehicle models and features.
3. Assist in financing options.
4. Carry out test-drives.
5. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the office.
Key requirements:
1. A valid driver’s license.
2. Proven sales experience, ideally in the car industry.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapports quickly with customers over the phone, in emails and face to face.
4. Self-motivated.
5. Strong organisation skills and eye for detail.
6. Proficiency in word and computer literate.
