The Role
* Lead and develop the Kitchen, Front of House, and Bar teams.

* Develop strategies to enhance hospitality services and increase revenue.
* Manage budget, ensuring financial efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
* Drive marketing initiatives to boost engagement and sales.

What You Need
* Proven leadership in catering/hospitality.
* Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wines.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Event and front-of-house management experience.
