Job overview
University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is looking for minibus drivers to join our in-house team who provide a staff park and ride service across our sites. All applicants must hold a D1 entitlement on their licence.
Full time: 37.5 hours
Part time: 15 hours and 22.5 hours
Main duties of the job
The service provides a park and ride service for all Trust employed staff between the hours of 6am and 11pm Monday to Friday. Hours are worked on a rotational basis working 1 week early and then 1 week late shifts.
Additional hours may be required to meet the needs of our hospitals on an as and when required basis.
Drivers will be required to maintain the cleanliness of both the inside and outside of their vehicle and will be required to complete basic maintenance checks and necessary paperwork in line with vehicle compliance policy and procedure.

* Full UK Driving Licence with D1 entitlement
* CPC Qualification
Knowledge
* Good geographical knowledge of Sussex
Skills
* Develop and maintain communications with clients and staff from a range of backgrounds
* Able to make judgements about service delivery issues and find and suggest solutions
