Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Build Strategy

Salary: 40,748+ depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
* Writing processes & standards to enable the boat to build to configuration strategy
* Confirming and validating the build strategy (the optimal way to build the sub)
* Aligning with the programme outcome on a large level
* Creating build manufacturing assembly plans
* Validating required in yard dates, when equipment is required from external sources
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* HNC or degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience
* Stakeholder management & communication skills
* Manufacturing/Structural Engineering experience (Automotive, Ships, High hazard industrial, Heavy industry)
* Design exposure
* SAP, Teamcenter, NX, JIRA
Desirable:
* Ship build knowledge
* Subs knowledge

The SSNA Team:
Working in either the Process team or Build Strategy team, you will be joining the SSNA programme, but will need to collate learning from experience from Dreadnought & Astute when needed. You will be liaising and managing relations with a variety of stakeholders and business teams. You will be playing a key part in supporting the delivery of major projects and gaining exposure to senior stakeholders.
