About the Role:
Do you want to earn a minimum of £14.00 per hour? We’re looking for a Hygiene Process Leader to join our team at our site in Wednesbury.

About the role:
As a Process Leader, you’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment that is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.
Your responsibilities include liaising with production to ensure cleaning schedules and standards are met, completing cleaning records, undertaking deep cleaning of plant and facilities, supervising hygiene staff, and maintaining staff training. You will also review staffing levels, manage scheduling, ensure hygiene standards, review swab results, liaise with engineering, and oversee audits and chemical use.
What do I need to be successful?
* Experienced Hygiene Operative
* Experience in FMCG environment
* Supervisory experience
* Knowledge of BRCGS
* Understanding of basic food microbiology
* Experience in poultry processing industry
* Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
* Knowledge of COSHH
