We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience What you’ll be doing: Assisting the Deputy Head of Cost in developing and maintaining governance frameworks, BMS Procedures, Desk Instructions, and self-audit plans. Perform SQEP assessments and create training and development plans Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of cost data, especially for the Full Programme Costing and Annual Budgeting Cycle processes Helping to drive identified opportunities to completion and ensure CMG assurance aligns with in-year Efficiencies KPI targets Overseeing Full Programme Costing submissions for the Dreadnought Programme budget areas, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Managing the cash claims approval process, enabling timely review, approval, and payment of Industry Party claims Assisting the Deputy Head of Cost in ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements and correct accounting treatments) Your skills and experiences: You will need to have relevant experience within Finance, Project accounting, Project controls, or Cost Estimating You will need to have significant experience in managing the interface between projects and finance whilst ensuring clear visibility from project activity to financial outputs Significant experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions and grade structures whilst being able to facilitate and influence decision-making at these levels Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
