Job Description:
My client is a reputable, award-winning Financial practice with a successful history providing independent financial advice to clients. They have built a growing client base and, due to further expansion, have a requirement for a Senior Administrator to join their team based in the centre of Edinburgh.
In this role, you will provide full administrative support to advisers within the office. You will be the first point of contact for mainly private clients, acting as an ambassador for the company by providing first-class service. Your responsibilities include organizing documents, research, and coordination prior to meetings, ensuring all work is carried out promptly and smoothly for your IFA, and being the primary support to the IFA you are supporting.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Financial Services Administration, preferably within an IFA practice. Financial qualifications such as a diploma or FPC qualification, and experience in an adviser office, are desirable. You should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
