We are actively recruiting for a Commercial Manager for the amazing Grow Team. This role supports the wider Money team in the creation, building, launching, and managing of relevant intermediary partners. As a strong commercial operator, this role will manage these key intermediary relationships, optimizing CtM’s capabilities to drive business growth. A fantastic opportunity for somebody capable, highly organized, who thrives on staying one step ahead with account management.
This role will be based out of our Peterborough office on a hybrid working basis.
Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
1. Deliver great customer outcomes to our users and partners.
2. Being an integral representative between CtM and partners ensuring consistent adherence to CtM values and behaviours.
3. Having ownership of a portfolio of lending partners focusing on their trading performance, marketing support, product and journey optimizations.
4. Working with the wider Grow team to understand customer needs and markets for targeted products and develop strategy for CtM to deliver (including potential new products and go-to-market approach).
5. Supporting the building of plans and investment cases for specific products or opportunities, prioritizing the backlog of opportunities.
6. Proactively develop direct relationships with market participants.
7. Support Request For Information (RFI) processes and coordination of CtM supplier selection for CtM Products and delivering compelling commercial outcomes.
8. Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks proactively with a strong understanding of the relevant regulatory requirements.
9. Protecting the customer through robust due diligence, execution, and third-party management, ensuring appropriate policies and frameworks are followed to evidence good customer outcomes.
What we’d like to see from you:
* Previous PCW (price comparison website), commercial or marketing experience.
* Proactivity and ability to drive own performance.
* Comfortable delivering at pace, preferably within a regulated environment.
* Understanding of partnership management and the market in which CtM operates.
* Willingness to learn and develop product expertise.
* Experience of working in a matrixed environment would be beneficial.
* Understanding of the regulatory environment in which partners and CtM operate.
