We have a career enhancing opportunity for an Head of Hotel Services Manager .Based at Fortius Clinic in the Heart of London’s West End,you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer focussed services across the site to meet the needs of the visitors.You will effectively manage the multi services soft FM team to deliver and maintain a high-quality service whilst delivering the highest possible standard of Food service & cleanliness and environment for patients and visitors.
We are therefore seeking someone with a keen interest in business management to step in as Head of Hotel Services Manager. You will be involved in all areas within the clinic which are covered by the catering, cleaning and portering services delivered by Sodexo. It would suit someone with qualifications and interest in Business management, Administration and IOSHH.

What you'll do:
* Lead the development of a 12-month Unit Business Plan and supporting budget, working closely with the Account Director London to achieve company and client objectives.
* Oversee financial management of the allocated budget to meet profit and turnover targets, ensuring strict budgetary control while meeting commercial and client expectations.
* Plan, organise, and coordinate all activities in alignment with the Service Level Agreement and Contractual Terms, ensuring all service standards are achieved and maintained.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring open communication and client satisfaction.
* Regularly assess client and service user satisfaction, taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure high satisfaction levels.
* Lead by example to drive standards across the team, ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met.
* Ensure health and safety standards are understood and adhered to across the site, including agency staff and all employees from their first day.
* Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures, including COSHH, manual handling, and fire regulations.
* Manage the recruitment and development of direct reports, ensuring staff receive effective training, health & safety guidance, and regular performance reviews (PDRs).
* Oversee staff management in accordance with HR policies, including conduct, performance, absence, grievance, fair treatment, and leave.
* Champion the CARES programme to foster a culture of high customer service across all teams.

What you bring:
* Proven experience of leading a team within a comparable service environment
* Proven experience of managing to budget requirements within a catering service
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, colleagues, clients
* Ability to work independently, flexibly and professionally – dealing with stressful and changeable situations.
* Experience of delivering relevant training, using company guidelines
* Financial awareness
* Understanding of relevant Health and Safety, Employment, and other legislative requirements
* Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards
* Proven IT skills, ability to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Ability to deal with stressful situations
