What You’ll Be Doing:
* Be the Decision Maker: You’ll have the freedom to shape our sales strategy, decide what’s best for the business, and define the playbook for scaling our B2B and D2C channels.
* Own Partnerships: Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and platforms like Amazon, LookFantastic, and LGBTQ+ boutiques. You’ll decide who we partner with and how we grow.
* Scale the Business: Drive revenue growth by opening new markets in the UK, EU, and US and leading our go-to-market strategies.
* Build and Lead a Team: Recruit and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a sense of ownership and collaboration.
* Drive Data-Driven Success: Use sales data and insights to optimize strategies and ensure every decision drives results.
* Champion the Mission: Collaborate with LGBTQ+ organizations and women-focused initiatives to align sales efforts with our mission to empower and include.
What We’re Looking For:
* Ownership Mentality: You treat every decision as if it’s your own business and have the ambition to make Erossong a success story.
* Proven Sales Experience: 3–5 years of experience driving revenue growth, with a strong sales track record in B2B and/or D2C channels.
* Market Knowledge: Experience in the UK, EU, and US markets, with a network of retail and distribution contacts.
* Leadership Skills: You know how to build, lead, and motivate a team, and you’re ready to take the reins.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thrives in a startup environment, where you’re not afraid to make decisions and take risks.
* Passion for Impact: You’re deeply committed to empowering women and LGBTQ+ communities and aligning your work with purpose.
* Exceptional Communication: Skilled in relationship-building, pitching, and influencing stakeholders at every level.
