Our client is an established leader in the industrial and manufacturing sector. They are seeking a HR administrator to join their busy HR team based in Sittingbourne with travel to other sites in Kent!
Job Description
* Manage HR documents (employment records, onboarding guides) and input accurate data into digital databases.
* Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and liaising with potential candidates.
* Support the payroll process and resolve any pay-related queries.
* Organise staff training and development initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
* Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee feedback.
* Support other assigned functions as necessary in the HR department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* CIPD level 3 qualified or studying towards
* Previous experience within a HR department
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* A solid understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
* Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
