Luxury fashion retailer is seeking a remote based Temporary Recruitment Administrator on a 2-month contract to support with the on boarding and screening of candidates for the new stores that are opening soon.
You will be assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process which includes:
Creating and updating database with suitable candidates for each role.
Advertising jobs descriptions, screening and shortlisting candidates and booking interviews.
Interviewing and screening candidates
Booking interviews.
Taking interview and meeting notes.
Arranging start dates.
Supporting with the candidate onboarding process
Ensuring contracts are sent in a timely manner and new starters are set up on our in-house system. Person Specifications:
At least 2 years’ experience in a retail recruitment administration role.
Sound knowledge about retail luxury recruitment and overseas hiring in UK.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
Good level of both written and spoken English.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Holding skills in Arranging & Auditing of Recruitment Files and Documents.
Experience in the Luxury retail sector is desirable, retail recruitment experience is essential.
£30000 pro rata
