MULTICHANNEL DESIGN LEAD - ESTABLISHED B2C PLATFORM
This well established brand are going through a period of exceptional growth & transformation. With a renewed focus on their brand proposition they are looking to bring a Design Lead/Manager into the Brand & Comms team. Working across online design output as well as some print/offline assets, you will lead from the front, delivering on collateral as well as motivating and managing the design team.
**Please note - this role is hybrid (2-3 days in the Hampshire HQ - exact hybrid working arrangement TBC dependent on each applicant/situation)

* A creative thought leader who can help elevate content for use across all channels
* Someone who can ideate and deliver design-led content for another brand (B2B & B2C)
* A digital native, who can manage the requirements of offline assets but leads with a digital-first mindset
* Someone who can take up the helm of this team of designers/content creators to oversee quality and continuity of brand messaging
* A visual storyteller, who can absorb the wider content/brand strategy and deliver collateral that drives brand engagement, adapting the content for various platforms/channels
* Someone who can balance creative thought leadership with great time management and organisation, ensuring the flow of assets/content from the team are delivered in a timely manner
What you're great at -
* Creating cohesive brand campaigns, adapting visuals for use across both digital and offline channels
* Leading design teams with a digital-first approach, ensuring the brand is well represented across all collateral
* Collaborating with the wider Brand & Marketing teams, to devise and execute content strategies across web, digital marketing channels as well as some offline requirements
* Motivating and inspiring more junior designers and content creators
* Bringing your energy and enthusiasm to teams & projects, driving creativity across all design requirements and supporting the ongoing brand evolution
