Develop and update care plans in collaboration with residents and their families. Manage medication in line with regulatory requirements. Safeguard the welfare of residents and adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct. Mentor team members and foster strong team relationships. Liaise with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
