Job summary We are seeking a Digital & Transformation Lead to drive digital innovation and service improvements across Worcester City PCN. This role will lead transformation projects, enhance patient access through technology, and support the long-term sustainability of general practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the ICB Digital Transformation team, PCN leadership, and member practices to implement digital solutions and process improvements. Main duties of the job Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve patient access and practice efficiency. Support the adoption of new technologies across GP practices within the PCN. Analyse data to inform decision-making and improve healthcare delivery. Collaborate with NHS system partners and stakeholders to align local strategies with national policies. Develop and manage transformation plans, identifying risks and resource requirements. Drive engagement and communication to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions. About us Vertis Health is a federation of GP surgeries and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in Worcestershire, serving over 600,000 NHS patients. Our goal is to support GPs by reducing administrative workloads, allowing them to focus on patient care.
