The Job Role:
We are delighted to be representing our client during their period of rapid growth for a Full Time Client Manager/Sales Executive to join their friendly team. This is a home-working role with the expectation to attend team meetings each month, so we are able to welcome applications from candidates across the UK. Our client works within the healthcare sector, specifically providing clients with property advice including market valuations, managing lease enquiries and property transactions. Experience working within healthcare and property isn't essential, but would be a real advantage to the role.
This role is suited to a self-starter who is super organised and already has a proven track record within sales, building a healthy sales pipeline and managing client relationships. The successful candidate will be well-supported and will receive training and mentoring throughout their employment. A huge amount of this role rests on building relationships and being super organised.
This is a proactive sales role which will include the following responsibilities:
1. Building a portfolio of clients
2. Providing consultative advice to clients and stakeholders
3. Collaborating with internal teams including marketing and surveyors
4. Management of a portfolio of clients
5. Cross-selling products and services to existing clients to generate further sales opportunities
6. Outbound cold calling
7. Preparation of contracts
8. Actively communicating with clients via email and telephone
9. Working to targets and KPIs
10. Managing CRM system accurately
We are looking for professionals who already have solid experience:
1. 2 years + working within sales
2. Two years + experience within telesales would be preferable
3. Exceptional account management skills
4. Computer literate and confident using a CRM system
5. Experience within Healthcare, Property or Surveying sector would be a real advantage although not essential to the role
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
7. High levels of professionalism
8. Passionate about building relationships with clients
9. Keen eye for details
10. Hugely motivated and driven to hit KPIs and targets
11. Able to work from home but attend team meetings when required
