Our client is a global outsourcing business, providing wide-ranging FM, Workplace, and Project Management services to both public & private sector clientele. As a leading Facilities Management business, they have a reputation for service excellence and a customer-first approach. We are recruiting for a Head of Workplace Services to deliver FM across an exceptionally high-end estate in Central London.
You will be responsible for a number of key areas:
* Financial and commercial control / accountability
* Driving high-end, hotel standard FM delivery
* Leadership and development of the management team
* Supply chain and third-party vendor management
* Developing customer relationships
* Driving contract growth and depth
* Identifying commercial opportunities and efficient ways of working
* Acting as the senior point of escalation
* Harnessing technology and data to deliver cost savings
We are looking for a customer-first lead. You must have a background delivering FM and Workplace Experience services at a very high level. A background in corporate hospitality, concierge, or guest experience would be a significant advantage.
