This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Ruminants POMV business unit, playing a pivotal role in developing our relationships with Independent customers and Corporate key accounts, by promoting and selling designated product lines.
What you'll be doing:
Account Management & Sales
* Sell Zoetis' evolving portfolio of products and services to veterinary practices and directly to farmers where required.
* Deliver agreed sales targets, growth, and market share gains for your product lines.
* Use our Solution Selling model to connect customer needs with Zoetis products and services.
* Analyse territory/customer data to identify growth opportunities.
Planning & Strategy
* Maintain deep product knowledge, including competitor and industry trends.
* Collaborate with Veterinarians, Business Consultants, and ABMs to build account plans.
* Align your plans with wider marketing strategies and Key Account Manager priorities.
* Continuously update CRM with customer activity and insights.
Customer Relationships
* Build long-term, productive partnerships based on high-quality, tailored account plans.
* Implement bespoke solutions using internal resources (Veterinarians, BSCs, value-add services).
* Share best practices with the team and contribute proactively to business success.
Call Activity
* Execute call activity aligned with national KPIs.
* Pre-plan, document, and follow up on appointments through the CRM.
* Deliver compelling, needs-based product messaging and capitalize on customer opportunities.
Compliance & Conduct
* Uphold Zoetis' values and ensure compliance with all policies (Pharmacovigilance, Vet Policy, T&E, etc.).
* Attain AMTRA qualification within three years.
* Maintain accurate business records and manage allocated support budgets responsibly.
What you'll bring to the table:
Proven experience in a customer-focused, sales-driven role - animal or human health experience not essential
Strong relationship management, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to plan, analyze, and execute with both strategic and tactical focus
Drive, resilience, and the ability to work independently in the field
A commercial mindset and understanding of stakeholder management
