We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Coordinator to work alongside a brilliant Technical Services team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and have experience in scheduling and coordinating facilities maintenance activities.
Responsibilities include:
* Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections for engineers to attend to.
* Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure all work is executed safely and efficiently.
* Act as a liaison between the facility maintenance team to ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest quality.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports for the department.
* Organize and coordinate equipment and part orders.
* Participate in equipment troubleshooting and provide technical support to the team.
What you will bring to the role:
* Experience in facilities maintenance or a related role.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
