Horizon Mobility is a busy family business based in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire providing mobility and medical equipment all over the UK. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for new members to join our team.

Core roles & responsibilities:
* Develop and execute and report on comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve the company's objectives and targets.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and apply them to enhance the company's marketing strategies.
* Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment.
* Familiarity with SEO, PPC, analytics, email marketing, or social media advertising will be highly advantageous.
* Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
* Support SEO efforts by optimizing product descriptions, titles, and meta tags to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic (can be taught).
* Utilise analytics tools to track key performance metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize ecommerce performance.
Key Skills:
* Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and generate insights.
* Knowledge or experience in SEO best practices and techniques to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
* Familiarity with PPC advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads, and the ability to assist in managing and optimizing campaigns.
* Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence decision makers.
* Adding and updating products on our e-commerce websites using the platform WooCommerce, including writing detailed product descriptions. This will form the majority of your time, so attention to detail and excellent written English is a must.
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Content creation for our social media channels, including Facebook, Website and YouTube channel.
* Other administration tasks as and when needed.
What we are looking for:
* A-level or equivalent in relevant subjects.
* Preferred 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
* Strong writing and content creation skills, with an excellent grasp of the English language.
* Proactive in keeping up with new technology and trends.
* Ambitious with a willingness to learn.
* Ability to think outside the box and come up with new ideas.
* Attention to details when working on all tasks.
* Positive mindset.
