Responsibilities:
* Audio typing of patient correspondence
* Electronic and paper diary management, Outlook diary management
* Answering the phone and dealing with sensitive information
* Point of contact from various departments in the hospital
* Previous high-level secretarial/PA experience, demonstrating accurate typing
* Adding patients onto the waiting list adhering to Referral to Treatment (RTT) targets
* Highly organised with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills essential
* Supervising Band 2 & 3 support secretaries
