We are seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team in ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls with clients, taking orders over the phone, and packing orders in the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and making calls to clients to take orders, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with suppliers and customers.
2. Sending client emails.
3. Packing orders and stock replenishment.
4. Performing data entry tasks accurately to update inventory records.
5. Upselling products when interacting with customers.
Requirements:
1. Customer service experience in any industry required.
2. Proven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
4. Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
Payrate: £12
