Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for an Emerging Talent Intern to be based in London. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 9th June 2025 to 5th September 2025. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme.
The intern program is one of the biggest projects in the HR team calendar. As a HR Support Intern, you will be working directly with the HR team in running the best program yet.
You will be supporting the wider HR team in developing and improving our employee experience through different projects which link to our key principles (Select, Manage & Develop, Reward and Grow). The internship is designed to provide you with a hands-on experience in a fast paced and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to shape your internship to make a lasting impression not only within the HR team but Red Bull as a whole.
Our purpose is to Give Wiiings to People and Ideas which is exactly what we want to give to you!
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
* You will be the main contact for our interns' queries and will work with the wider HR team to deliver the best Intern Program.
You will support the Talent Specialist and the Head of HR in developing key training sessions to be delivered to the interns.
A key element of the Intern Program is creating togetherness, and one of the ways you will work on this is by organising key social events and gatherings throughout the program. You will be in charge of a budget throughout the program.
There are key admin-based tasks involved too, including understanding how contracts are drawn up and delivered, as well as onboarding. You will work closely with our People & Systems Specialist.
You will gather feedback at the end of the intern program through a series of exit interviews before presenting your findings and learnings back to the wider HR team. The aim of this area of the project is to make a lasting impression on our intern program.
Your aim for the intern program is to create a positive employee experience and make Red Bull the best place to work
* Automation is becoming a business focus. You will begin by analysing current processes before evaluating the areas that can be improved and automated.
This includes our new starter process, exit interviews, and training.
Working closely with the People & Systems Specialist, you will be tasked with finding more efficient ways of working and developing these ideas into practice.
You will gain skills across data analysis, presenting, and understanding how a typical HR department functions within Red Bull.
* Flight School is a significant focus throughout the summer, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and Flight School College (a fully immersive brand induction for the Student Marketeer Program). The People team plays a vital role in collaborating with Field Marketing to ensure that all SMs are recruited and adequately prepared.
You will be tasked with reviewing our ways of working with the Field Marketing Team to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.
You will be collaborating with the Consumer Marketing Intern to deliver your findings to both teams.
This will include managing contracts, extension letters (or terminations), and offboarding, as well as concluding the internship by attending Flight School College.
* The overall purpose of the role is to acquire skills and knowledge in HR through three main projects.
You will gain insights into the day-to-day operations of our department, as well as how HR collaborates with the wider business.
