The Role: As a Primary ECT, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and supportive teaching team, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to students in [key stage/grade]. You will receive structured mentoring, guidance, and professional development as you embark on your teaching career. The role will include planning, delivering lessons, assessing students' progress, and contributing to the development of our curriculum.
